Extrucolor has a plant for decorative aluminium lacquering finishes, such as wood, marble, forge, and others.
After the pre-treatment of aluminium, the sublimation technique is used by applying a foil film on a part painted with powder paint.
Under the requirements established by the QUALIDECO quality trademark, continuous quality control of products is ensured for exterior architectural applications.

At Extrucolor we have an assembly line for thermal break profiles, with thermoplastic polyamide rods per UNE-EN-14024 standard.
It consists of preventing the inner and outer sides from contacting each other by leaving a polyamide in between. This prevents heat transfer and provides thermal insulation to the interior area.
As a result, thermal conductivity is minimised, efficiency is optimised and the energy footprint is improved so that there can be significant energy savings and a considerable reduction in CO2 emissions.
It also allows us to expand the variety of finishes in our systems by introducing the Bi-Colour finish, which is especially useful for interior decoration and restoration.

Extrucolor has a high-tech machining centre with programmed control over 5 axes and a length of up to 15 m.
There is therefore the possibility of supplying the full range of profiles with any type of machining such as, among others, drilling, milling, threading, countersinking, or angle cutting, in any position of the profile (lateral, angled and/or pointed) with the option of combining it with anodised, lacquered or wood effect finishes.
